The drama triangle is a popular tool used by therapists to unravel the complexities of interpersonal conflicts. It models how we can so easily slip into the roles of persecutor, rescuer, or victim. In this article I submit that the drama triangle has many applications. It can for example, model the strife caused by struggles for social justice. Perhaps with this understanding, we can break away from perpetual strife and find a path towards racial harmony.
